First you should complete the Capital Raising Scenario Form. This is a sanity check to ensure that valuation you envisage is reasonable and provides adequate upside for a potential investor.

Capital Raising Docs

SalesMonkey will help ensure that all capital raising documents are fully compliant. Non compliance can lead to:

  • A fine of up to $22,000 for individuals and $110,000 for companies
  • Five years jail
  • ASIC may also make an application to the Court to wind up the Company.

The process includes completion of a wide range of compliance documents including: ASSOB admission forms, director resolutions, solvency statements and statements of responsibility. This forms part of a seven step process for admission that SalesMonkey will shepherd you through.

There are also many future obligations are part of your company becoming an unlisted public company – a prerequisite of ASSOB. SalesMonkey will assist your transition through this extra accountability, ensuring that the infrastructure developed, serves the company well into the long-term.
